At COMMAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality inspection is complete.
